Motor Vehicle Management Act, Article 47-11 (Re-deliberation of Deliberation Results of the Motor Vehicle Safety and Defect Deliberation Committee)

① 자동차안전ㆍ하자심의위원회는 제47조의7제2항제2호에 따른 제작 결함의 시정 등과 관련한 심의ㆍ의결에 대하여 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 재심의를 실시할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 재심의를 하는 자동차안전ㆍ하자심의위원회가 당초의 심의ㆍ의결 결과를 변경하기 위하여는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결하여야 한다. 이 경우 출석위원 3분의 2 이상이 찬성하지 아니한 경우에는 당초의 심의ㆍ의결이 자동차안전ㆍ하자심의위원회의 최종 심의 결정으로 확정된다.
