자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 시행령 제113조(의결권행사의 제한 등)

① 법 제112조제2항제1호가목에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 특수관계가 있는 자"란 특수관계인 및 제141조제2항에 따른 공동보유자를 말한다.
