Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 372 (Measures against Financial Investment-Related Organizations)

① 금융위원회는 금융투자 관계 단체가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제370조제1항에 따른 허가를 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29>

② 제423조(제2호를 제외한다), 제424조제1항ㆍ제2항 및 제425조는 금융투자 관계 단체의 허가 취소에 관하여 준용한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
