Enforcement Decree of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, Article 10-2 (Dismissal of Members of the Working Committee)

실무위원장은 제10조제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 지정 철회하거나 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.
