장애인복지법 시행령 제16조의2(인식개선교육의 실시 결과 점검 등)

① 법 제25조제3항에 따른 인식개선교육의 실시 결과에 대한 점검은 제16조제5항에 따라 국가기관등으로부터 제출된 서면자료나 법 제25조제8항에 따른 인식개선교육 정보시스템(이하 "인식개선교육정보시스템"이라 한다)에 입력된 자료를 확인하는 방법으로 하되, 필요한 경우 현장점검을 할 수 있다.

② 보건복지부장관은 인식개선교육 이수율 등이 보건복지부장관이 정한 기준에 미치지 못한 국가기관등에 대하여 법 제25조제4항에 따라 제1항의 점검 결과를 통지하고, 통지한 날부터 6개월 이내에 해당 기관의 관리자를 대상으로 특별교육을 실시해야 한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 제1항의 점검 결과를 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 그 보급지역을 전국으로 하여 등록한 일반일간신문에 게재하여 공표해야 한다.
