장애인복지법 시행령 제36조의7(신분조회 등 요청 절차)

① 제36조의9제1항에 따른 장애인권익옹호기관의 장은 법 제59조의7제7항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 신분조회 등 필요한 조치의 협조를 요청하려면 장애인학대관련 신분조회 요청서를 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 법 제59조의19제1항에 따른 장애인학대정보시스템을 통하여 장애인학대관련 신분조회 요청서를 제출할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 요청을 받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 발급 등을 하는 서류에 대해서는 수수료를 면제한다.
