장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의2(재화ㆍ용역 등의 제공자의 단계적 범위 및 정당한 편의의 구체적인 내용 등)

① 법 제15조제3항에 따른 재화ㆍ용역 등의 제공자의 단계적 범위는 별표 2의2와 같다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 무인정보단말기를 설치하는 경우로서 해당 무인정보단말기와 호환되는 보조기기 또는 소프트웨어를 설치하거나 해당 무인정보단말기 이용을 보조하는 인력을 배치하고 호출벨(무인정보단말기의 위치, 사용법, 고장 등으로 이용지원이 필요할 때 요청할 수 있는 호출장치를 말한다)을 설치하여 장애인이 장애인 아닌 사람과 무인정보단말기를 동등하게 접근ㆍ이용할 수 있도록 하는 경우에는 제2항 각 호의 정당한 편의를 제공하는 것으로 본다. <신설 2025.11.18, 2025.12.31>

④ 재화ㆍ용역 등의 제공자는 제2항 각 호의 정당한 편의를 제공하는 과정에서 무인정보단말기와 호환되는 보조기기 또는 소프트웨어를 설치하거나 무인정보단말기 이용을 보조하는 인력을 배치하여 장애인이 장애인 아닌 사람과 무인정보단말기를 동등하게 접근ㆍ이용할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. <개정 2025.11.18>
