재난 및 안전관리 기본법 시행령 제67조(중앙재난피해합동조사단의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제58조제3항에 따른 중앙재난피해합동조사단(이하 "재난피해조사단"이라 한다)의 단장은 행정안전부 소속 공무원으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.2.5, 2014.11.19, 2015.6.30, 2017.7.26>

② 재난피해조사단의 단장은 중앙대책본부장의 명을 받아 재난피해조사단에 관한 사무를 총괄하고 재난피해조사단에 소속된 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다. <개정 2014.2.5>

③ 중앙대책본부장은 재난 피해의 유형ㆍ규모에 따라 전문조사가 필요한 경우 전문조사단을 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2014.2.5>
