재외동포의 출입국과 법적 지위에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조의2(정보통신망을 이용한 업무처리)

시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 장, 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장 또는 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장은 법 제7조제5항에 따른 국내거소신고사실증명의 발급, 제10조에 따른 국내거소신고 원부 등의 작성 및 관리, 제11조에 따른 국내거소 이전신고, 제13조제4항ㆍ제5항에 따른 국내거소신고증의 재발급사실의 통보, 제14조에 따른 국내거소신고증의 반납 등에 관한 업무를 정보통신망을 이용하여 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.8, 2023.12.12>
