저작권법 시행령 제18조(상당한 노력의 기준)

1. 법 제55조제7항에 따른 저작권등록부의 열람 또는 그 사본의 발급 신청을 통하여 해당 저작물의 저작재산권자나 그의 거소를 조회할 것

3. 저작재산권자나 그의 거소 등 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 사항을 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 공고한 날부터 10일이 지났을 것

4. 국내의 정보통신망 정보검색도구를 이용하여 저작재산권자나 그의 거소를 검색할 것
