저작권법 시행령 제62조(출석의 요구 등)

①위원회는 분쟁의 조정을 위하여 필요하면 당사자, 그 대리인 또는 이해관계인의 출석을 요구하거나 관계서류의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2009.7.22>

②제1항에 따라 출석을 요구하려면 7일 전에 당사자, 그 대리인 또는 이해관계인에게 서면으로 알려야 한다.

(2) To투 request^r리퀘스트 appearance어피^r런스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Commission커미션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 party,파티 the^ð더 party's파티즈 agent,에이전트 or오 the^ð디 interested인트^r러스티드 person퍼슨 in인 writing^r라이팅 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 in인 advance.어드^v밴스

③위원회는 조정당사자 외의 자가 위원회의 출석요구에 응하여 출석하면 수당과 여비 등 실비를 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2009.7.22>
