저작권법 제109조(허가의 취소 등)

1. 제105조제9항의 규정에 따라 승인된 수수료를 초과하여 받은 경우

4. 제108조제2항의 규정에 따른 명령을 받고 정당한 사유 없이 이를 이행하지 아니한 경우

9. 허가를 받거나 신고를 한 이후에 제105조제7항 각 호의 어느 하나의 사유에 해당하게 된 경우. 다만, 제105조제7항제7호에 해당하는 경우로서 6개월 이내에 그 대표자 또는 임원을 바꾸어 임명한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
