전세사기피해자 지원 및 주거안정에 관한 특별법 제30조(고유식별정보 등의 처리)

국토교통부장관(제29조에 따라 권한 또는 업무를 위임ㆍ위탁받은 기관을 포함한다), 주택도시보증공사, 제11조에 따라 전세피해지원센터를 설치ㆍ운영하는 자 또는 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 종합신용정보집중기관은 조사 및 지원 사무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조제1항에 따른 고유식별정보(주민등록번호를 포함한다) 등 개인정보가 포함된 자료를 수집ㆍ이용ㆍ처리할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.10>
