Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, Article 34-2 (Refusal and Suspension of Mediation)

① 위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 조정을 거부할 수 있다.

1. 다른 법률에 따라 분쟁조정이 완료된 경우

2. 사건의 성질상 위원회에서 조정하는 것이 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우

3. 부정한 목적으로 분쟁의 조정을 신청한 것으로 인정되는 경우

② 위원회는 분쟁의 조정이 끝나기 전에 당사자가 소(訴)를 제기한 경우에는 조정을 중지할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 suspend서스펜드 mediation미디에이션 if이^f프 a어 party파티 files^f파일즈 a어 lawsuit로숫 before비^f포 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 dispute디스퓻 is이즈 concluded.컨클루디드

③ 위원회는 제1항과 제2항에 따라 조정을 거부하거나 중지하는 경우에는 그 사실과 사유를 당사자에게 통지하여야 한다.
