Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 24 (Scope of Costs That May Be Claimed Where Goods, etc. Have Been Partly Consumed)
법 제18조제8항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 범위의 금액"이란 다음 각 호의 비용을 말한다.
"An amount within the range prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 18 (8) of the Act means the following costs:
1. 재화등의 사용으로 소모성 부품의 재판매가 곤란하거나 재판매가격이 현저히 하락하는 경우에는 해당 소모성 부품의 공급에 든 비용
1. Where use of the goods, etc. makes it difficult to resell consumable parts or causes their resale price to fall markedly: the costs incurred in supplying those consumable parts;
2. 다수의 동일한 가분물로 구성된 재화등의 경우에는 소비자의 일부 소비로 인하여 소비된 부분의 공급에 든 비용
