전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제39조(사업자단체의 등록)

① 법 제37조제1항에 따라 등록하려는 사업자단체는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서를 공정거래위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 신청서에는 정관과 다음 각 호에 관한 자료를 첨부하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 application애플러케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 accompanied어컴퍼니드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 and앤드 materials머티^r리얼즈 on안 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 법 제37조제1항에 따라 등록한 사업자단체는 제1항제1호부터 제4호까지, 제6호 및 제7호와 제2항 각 호의 사항 중 변경된 사항이 있을 때에는 그 변경된 날부터 20일 이내에 공정거래위원회에 통보하여야 한다.
