Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 36 (Entrustment of Enforced Collection)

① 방송미디어통신위원회는 법 제44조의26제3항에 따라 강제징수에 관한 업무를 국세청장에게 위탁하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 서면으로 해야 한다.
