Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 53-2 (Procedures, etc. for Designating Information Security Management System Certification Bodies and Audit Institutions)

① 법 제47조제6항 또는 제7항에 따라 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 또는 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관으로 지정을 받으려는 자는 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 지정신청서 또는 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관 지정신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2012.8.17, 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2017.7.26>

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 지정신청을 받은 경우에는 제53조제1항에 따른 지정기준 충족 여부를 심사하여 신청을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내에 그 결과를 신청인에게 통지하고, 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 또는 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관으로 지정되는 신청인에게 정보보호 관리체계 인증기관 지정서 또는 정보보호 관리체계 심사기관 지정서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2012.8.17, 2013.3.23, 2016.5.31, 2017.7.26>
