정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제60조(침해사고 관련 자료의 보호 및 조사의 방법ㆍ절차)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관 및 조사단은 법 제48조의4제6항에 따라 제출받은 자료 또는 조사를 통하여 알게 된 정보가 도난, 유출, 훼손 또는 변조되지 않도록 해당 자료와 정보를 안전한 방법으로 보관해야 한다. <개정 2024.8.13>
