Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 69 (Disclosure of Corrective Orders)

① 법 제64조에 따른 시정조치를 명한 사실의 공개는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 할 수 있다. 이 경우 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 방송미디어통신위원회는 해당 정보통신서비스 제공자에게 그 사실을 미리 알려야 한다. <개정 2008.3.28, 2009.1.28, 2011.9.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2020.8.4, 2025.10.1>

1. 법 제71조부터 제74조까지의 규정에 해당하는 행위로 시정명령을 받은 경우

② 제1항에 따른 시정명령의 공개는 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 하는 일반일간신문 등에 게재하는 방법으로 한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
