주민등록법 시행령 제34조(주민등록표의 재작성)

① 법 제22조제1항 단서에 따른 통지는 별지 제27호서식에 따르고, 공고는 별지 제28호서식에 따른다.

② 주민등록표를 재작성하였을 때에는 재작성된 주민등록표에 재작성사유, 재작성일자 및 관계 공무원의 성명을 기록하고 변경되기 전의 주민등록표는 주민등록정보시스템으로 목록을 작성하여 따로 보존ㆍ관리해야 한다. <개정 2023.1.10>
