Enforcement Decree of the Resident Registration Act, Article 46 (Operation, etc. of the Resident Registration Computerized Information Center)

① 행정안전부장관은 제36조제6항 또는 제40조제7항에 따라 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장으로부터 주민등록증 발급요청을 받으면 법 제28조에 따른 주민등록전산정보센터로 하여금 주민등록증을 발급하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.31, 2017.7.26, 2026.4.28>
