주택법 시행령 제24조(직장주택조합의 설립신고)

① 법 제11조제5항에 따라 국민주택을 공급받기 위한 직장주택조합을 설립하려는 자는 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 주민등록표 등본을 확인하여야 하며, 신고인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하면 직접 제출하도록 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에서 정한 사항 외에 국민주택을 공급받기 위한 직장주택조합의 신고절차 및 주택의 공급방법 등은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.
