주택법 시행령 제48조의2(하수급인의 시공자격 확인)

감리자는 법 제44조제1항제4호의2에 따른 업무를 수행하려는 경우에는 수급인(「건설산업기본법」에 따른 수급인을 말한다. 이하 같다)으로부터 하수급인(같은 법에 따른 하수급인을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 시공자격(같은 법 제16조에 따른 시공자격을 말한다)에 관한 자료를 제출받아야 한다.
