Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act, Article 59 (Range of Purchase Prices of Housing Sites and Areas Subject to Disclosure of Sale Prices)

① 법 제57조제3항제2호 각 목 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 범위"란 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」에 따라 감정평가한 가액의 120퍼센트에 상당하는 금액 또는 「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」 제10조에 따른 개별공시지가의 150퍼센트에 상당하는 금액을 말한다. <개정 2016.8.31>

② 사업주체는 제1항에 따른 감정평가 가액을 기준으로 택지비를 산정하려는 경우에는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」에 따른 감정평가를 요청하여야 한다. 이 경우 감정평가의 실시와 관련된 구체적인 사항은 법 제57조제3항의 감정평가의 예에 따른다. <개정 2016.8.31>
