Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act, Article 90 (Delegation of Authority)

국토교통부장관은 법 제89조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다.

1. 법 제8조에 따른 주택건설사업자 및 대지조성사업자의 등록말소 및 영업의 정지
