지방자치법 시행령 제14조(전자서명 요청절차)

① 주민감사청구대표자는 18세 이상의 주민에게 제13조제1항에 따른 서명을 갈음하여 행정안전부장관이 정하는 정보시스템을 이용한 「전자서명법」 제2조제2호에 따른 전자서명을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 정보시스템을 이용한 전자서명을 요청하려는 주민감사청구대표자는 주무부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사에게 해당 정보시스템의 이용을 신청해야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 주무부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 제4항 각 호의 사항이 포함된 제12조제2항에 따른 주민감사청구대표자 증명서를 발급해야 하며, 제1항에 따른 정보시스템에 주민감사청구서와 주민감사청구대표자 증명서를 게시해야 한다.

④ 주민감사청구대표자나 제13조제3항에 따른 수임인은 다음 각 호의 사항을 주민에게 알릴 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 전자서명의 요청에 관하여는 제13조제7항을 준용한다.
