지방자치법 제207조(사무처리상황 등의 통지)

특별지방자치단체의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사무처리 상황 등을 구성 지방자치단체의 장 및 행정안전부장관(시ㆍ군 및 자치구만으로 구성하는 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사를 포함한다)에게 통지하여야 한다.
