집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(조정위원회의 구성)

① 조정위원회의 부위원장은 해당 시ㆍ도지사가 조정위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)의 추천을 받아 위원 중에서 임명하거나 위촉한다.

② 조정위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 조정위원회의 구성에 필요한 사항은 조정위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
