법 제24조제6항에 따른 관리인으로 선임된 자는 선임일부터 30일 이내에 별지 서식의 관리인 선임 신고서에 선임사실을 입증할 수 있는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자료를 첨부하여 특별자치시장, 특별자치도지사, 시장, 군수 또는 자치구의 구청장(이하 "소관청"이라 한다)에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2023.9.26>
