2. 직전 회계연도를 포함하여 3년 이상 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호에 따른 감사인(이하 "감사인"이라 한다)의 회계감사를 받지 않은 건물로서 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 건물
