집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제52조의8(조정의 중지 등)

① 조정위원회는 당사자가 제52조의5제2항에 따라 조정에 응하지 아니할 의사를 통지하거나 제52조의6제5항에 따라 조정안을 거부한 경우에는 조정을 중지하고 그 사실을 상대방에게 서면으로 통보하여야 한다.

② 조정위원회는 당사자 중 일방이 소를 제기한 경우에는 조정을 중지하고 그 사실을 상대방에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 조정위원회는 법원에 소송계속 중인 당사자 중 일방이 조정을 신청한 때에는 해당 조정 신청을 결정으로 각하하여야 한다.
