Enforcement Decree of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Article 27-2 (Establishment of Dedicated Units for School Enrollment Management)

① 교육감 및 교육장은 취학의무대상자에 대한 취학 관리 업무를 총괄하고, 아동 보호 관련 기관ㆍ단체와의 유기적인 협력체계를 구축ㆍ운영하기 위하여 「지방교육행정기관의 행정기구와 정원기준 등에 관한 규정」 등 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 그 소속으로 취학관리 전담기구를 각각 설치한다.

② 제1항에 따라 교육감 및 교육장 소속으로 설치하는 취학관리 전담기구(이하 "전담기구"라 한다)는 다음 각 호(제5호라목의 경우는 교육감 소속으로 설치하는 전담기구에 한정한다)의 업무를 수행한다.
