초ㆍ중등교육법 제30조의5(정보시스템을 이용한 업무처리)

① 교육부장관과 교육감은 소관 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 정보시스템을 이용하여 처리하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 학교의 장은 제25조에 따른 학교생활기록과 「학교보건법」 제7조의3에 따른 건강검사기록을 정보시스템을 이용하여 처리하여야 하며, 그 밖에 소관 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 정보시스템을 이용하여 처리하여야 한다.
