Content Industry Promotion Act, Article 29 (Establishment of Dispute Mediation Committee)

① 콘텐츠사업자 간, 콘텐츠사업자와 이용자 간, 이용자와 이용자 간의 콘텐츠 거래 또는 이용에 관한 분쟁을 조정(調停)하기 위하여 콘텐츠분쟁조정위원회(이하 "조정위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. 다만, 저작권과 관련한 분쟁은 「저작권법」에 따르며, 방송통신과 관련된 분쟁 중 「방송법」 제35조의3에 따른 분쟁조정의 대상(같은 법 제2조제27호에 따른 외주제작사가 분쟁의 당사자인 경우는 제외한다)이 되거나 「전기통신사업법」 제45조에 따른 재정의 대상이 되는 분쟁은 각각 해당 법률의 규정에 따른다. <개정 2016.1.27>

② 조정위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결한다. <개정 2025.1.31>
