콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제4조(다른 법률과의 관계)

① 이 법은 콘텐츠산업 진흥에 관하여 「문화산업진흥 기본법」에 우선하여 적용한다.

② 콘텐츠제작자가 「저작권법」의 보호를 받는 경우에는 같은 법을 이 법에 우선하여 적용한다.
