Enforcement Decree of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information, Article 11 (Notification of Foreign Exchange Transaction Data, etc.)

①법 제9조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 「외국환거래법 시행령」 제13조제2항제1호나목에 따른 외환정보집중기관(이하 "외환정보집중기관"이라 한다)의 장을 말한다. <개정 2005.9.27, 2013.8.6, 2021.3.23, 2023.10.4>

③한국은행총재, 세관의 장 및 외환정보집중기관의 장은 제2항의 규정에 의한 자료를 매월별로 다음달 10일까지 전자문서에 의하여 금융정보분석원장에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 금융정보분석원장이 한국은행총재, 세관의 장 및 외환정보집중기관의 장과 각각 협의하여 통보시기ㆍ방법 등을 따로 정하는 경우에는 그 정하는 바에 의한다.
