특허법 제13조(재외자의 재판관할)

재외자의 특허권 또는 특허에 관한 권리에 관하여 특허관리인이 있으면 그 특허관리인의 주소 또는 영업소를, 특허관리인이 없으면 지식재산처 소재지를 「민사소송법」 제11조에 따른 재산이 있는 곳으로 본다. <개정 2025.10.1>
