표시ㆍ광고의 공정화에 관한 법률 제15조(관계 행정기관 등의 장의 협조)

① 공정거래위원회는 이 법을 시행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관 또는 그 밖의 기관ㆍ단체의 장의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

② 공정거래위원회는 이 법을 시행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관 또는 그 밖의 기관ㆍ단체의 장에게 필요한 조사를 의뢰하거나 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다.

③ 공정거래위원회는 제6조제3항 또는 제7조제1항에 따른 명령의 이행을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관 또는 그 밖의 기관ㆍ단체의 장에게 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

④ 공정거래위원회는 금융ㆍ보험 사업자등이 제3조제1항을 위반하였다고 인정하여 직권으로 조사할 사유가 있는 경우에는 이를 조사하지 아니하고 금융위원회에 통보하여 금융위원회에서 처리하도록 하여야 한다.

⑤ 제4항에 따른 통보를 받은 금융위원회는 금융ㆍ보험 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 이를 성실히 처리하여 그 결과를 공정거래위원회에 통보하여야 한다.
