Enforcement Decree of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act, Article 11 (Termination of Dispute Mediation, etc.)

법 제24조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)는 법 제24조의5제5항에 따라 조정신청을 각하하거나 조정절차를 종료한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 분쟁조정종료서를 작성하여 공정거래위원회에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.28>
