Enforcement Decree of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act, Article 11-2 (Notification of Filing of Lawsuits, etc.)

① 협의회는 법 제24조의4제1항에 따라 분쟁조정이 신청된 사건에 대해 소가 제기된 사실을 확인한 경우에는 분쟁당사자의 동의를 받아 다음 각 호의 사항을 수소법원(受訴法院)에 알려야 한다.
