Enforcement Decree of the Administrative Appeals Act, Article 34 (Designation and Operation of Electronic Information Processing Systems)
법 제52조제1항에 따라 위원회에서 지정ㆍ운영하는 전자정보처리조직(이하 "전자정보처리조직"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호와 같이 구분한다.
The electronic information processing systems designated and operated by commissions under Article 52 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "electronic information processing system") are classified as follows:
1. 법 제6조제2항에 따른 중앙행정심판위원회: 온라인행정심판시스템
1. For the Central Administrative Appeals Commission under Article 6 (2) of the Act: the Online Administrative Appeals System;
2. 법 제6조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제4항에 따른 행정심판위원회(전자정보처리조직을 갖춘 행정심판위원회만 해당한다): 해당 행정심판위원회에서 지정하는 시스템
2. For administrative appeals commissions under Article 6 (1), (3), and (4) of the Act (only those administrative appeals commissions that have an electronic information processing system): the system designated by the relevant administrative appeals commission.
