형사소송법 제197조의4(수사의 경합)

① 범죄수사의 관할에 대한 협의ㆍ조정을 위하여 수사기관 간에 수사권관할조정협의회를 둘 수 있다.

② 수사기관의 장은 범죄를 수사하는 과정에서 다른 수사기관의 범죄수사와 경합하는 경우에는 해당 수사의 관할에 대한 협의ㆍ조정을 제1항에 따른 수사권관할조정협의회에 신청할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 수사권관할조정협의회의 구성ㆍ기능 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
