형사소송법 제245조의6(고소인등에 대한 송부통지)

사법경찰관은 제245조의5제1항제2호의 경우에는 그 송부한 날부터 7일 이내에 서면으로 고소인등에게 사건을 검사에게 송치하지 아니하는 취지와 그 이유를 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 사법경찰관은 불송치 등의 결정서와 제245조의7에 따른 이의신청에 대한 안내 및 서식을 함께 보내야 한다. <개정 2026.8.4>
