형사소송법 제484조(몰수물의 교부)

①몰수를 집행한 후 3월 이내에 그 몰수물에 대하여 정당한 권리있는 자가 몰수물의 교부를 청구한 때에는 검사는 파괴 또는 폐기할 것이 아니면 이를 교부하여야 한다.

②몰수물을 처분한 후 전항의 청구가 있는 경우에는 검사는 공매에 의하여 취득한 대가를 교부하여야 한다.
