형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제150조(임시 매장지의 표지 등)

① 소장은 시신을 임시 매장하거나 봉안한 경우에는 그 장소에 사망자의 성명을 적은 표지를 비치하고, 별도의 장부에 가족관계 등록기준지, 성명, 사망일시를 기록하여 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.10>

② 소장은 시신 또는 유골을 집단 매장한 경우에는 집단 매장된 사람의 가족관계 등록기준지, 성명, 사망일시를 집단 매장부에 기록하고 그 장소에 묘비를 세워야 한다. <개정 2015.12.10>
