Act on Hospice and Palliative Care and Decisions on Life-Sustaining Treatment for Patients at the End of Life, Article 40 (Penalty Provisions)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2018.3.27>

1. 제11조제1항을 위반하여 보건복지부장관으로부터 지정받지 아니하고 사전연명의료의향서의 등록에 관한 업무를 한 자

② 제20조 각 호에 따른 기록을 보존하지 아니한 자는 300만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
