게임산업진흥에 관한 법률 제31조의2(국내대리인의 지정)

① 국내에 주소 또는 영업장이 없는 게임배급업 또는 게임제공업을 영위하는 자로서 게임 이용자 수, 매출액 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 대리하는 자(이하 "국내대리인"이라 한다)를 서면으로 지정하여야 한다.

② 국내대리인은 국내에 주소 또는 영업장이 있는 자로 한다.

(2) A어 domestic더메스틱 agent에이전트 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 with위^ð드 an앤 address애드^r레스 or오 place플레이스 of어^v브 business비즈니스 in인 Korea.코^r리아

③ 제1항에 따라 국내대리인을 지정한 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 제3조제1항에 따라 게임물 관련사업자가 작성하는 약관에 포함하여야 한다.

④ 국내대리인이 제1항 각 호와 관련하여 이 법을 위반한 경우에는 게임물 관련사업자가 그 행위를 한 것으로 본다.

(4) If이^f프 a어 domestic더메스틱 agent에이전트 violates^v바이얼레잇츠 this^ð디스 Act액트 in인 relation^r릴레이션 to투 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 game게임 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 is이즈 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 committed커미티드 the^ð디 act.액트

⑤ 국내대리인은 제1항에 따른 게임물 관련사업자와 유효한 연락수단을 확보하여야 한다.

(5) A어 domestic더메스틱 agent에이전트 shall섈 maintain메인테인 an앤 effective이^f펙티^v브 means민즈 of어^v브 contact칸택트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 game게임 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
