Enforcement Decree of the Higher Education Act, Article 15 (Scope and Standards of Credit Recognition)

① 법 제23조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 범위"란 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 범위를 말한다. <개정 2016.10.25, 2018.5.28, 2022.2.28, 2024.2.20>

다. 가목 및 나목 외의 경우: 졸업에 필요한 학점의 2분의 1 이내

2. 법 제23조제1항제4호에 해당하는 경우: 학기당 6학점 이내, 연(年) 12학점 이내

② 제1항에도 불구하고 제1항제1호가목 또는 다목의 어느 하나와 같은 항 제3호에 모두 해당하는 경우에는 학점인정범위가 더 큰 기준을 적용한다. <개정 2024.2.20>

③ 학교의 장이 법 제23조제1항제6호에 따라 학생의 학점 취득을 인정하려면 제19조에 따라 해당 학생이 선택한 전공에 따른 교육과정과 국내외의 다른 학교ㆍ연구기관 또는 산업체 등에서 학습ㆍ연구ㆍ실습 또는 근무한 경험 사이에 학칙으로 정하는 바에 따른 관련성이 있어야 한다. <개정 2018.5.28, 2022.2.28, 2024.2.20>
