고용보험법 시행령 제62조의2(둘 이상의 피보험자격 취득 시 수급자격의 인정)

1. 가장 나중에 상실한 피보험자격이 법 제77조의2제2항제2호 단서에 따른 단기예술인(이하 "단기예술인"이라 한다), 법 제77조의6제2항제2호 단서에 따른 단기노무제공자(이하 "단기노무제공자"라 한다) 또는 법 제77조의7제1항에 따른 노무제공플랫폼을 통해 노무를 제공하는 노무제공자에 해당할 것

2. 가장 나중에 상실한 피보험자격의 이직일 이전 1개월 동안 해당 피보험자격으로부터 발생한 소득이 법 제43조의2제1항에 따라 수급자격을 인정받으려는 사람이 선택한 피보험자격의 이직일 이전 1개월 동안 해당 피보험자격으로부터 발생한 소득의 100분의 50 미만일 것

3. 가장 나중에 상실한 피보험자격의 이직일 이전 1개월 동안 해당 피보험자격으로부터 발생한 1일 평균소득이 이직일 당시 적용되던 「최저임금법」에 따른 시간 단위에 해당하는 최저임금액에 소정근로시간 8시간을 곱한 금액에 100분의 80을 곱한 금액 이하일 것
